Last Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 7, Refreshworks provided Advanced Microsoft Copilot training at InnovationQuarter, an organization that, like us, is committed to innovation and technological advancement.
The session was an important part of the broader AI business transformation program that Refreshworks is guiding for InnovationQuarter. A program in which employees learn how they can not only use AI, but truly integrate it into their daily work processes.

From basic knowledge to strategic application
Following previous introductory sessions on the possibilities of AI within Microsoft 365, this afternoon was devoted to the advanced applications of Microsoft Copilot.
The training focused on how employees can use Copilot as a strategic assistant, not only to expedite tasks, but also to design processes smarter, support decision-making and improve collaboration.
From advanced prompts and context management to secure implementation within the organization's governance guidelines, the goal was to help participants get the most out of Copilot, with an eye toward efficiency as well as responsible use.
