Refreshworks is supporting J. de Jonge as an AI Business Transformation Partner. As part of this partnership, 45 employees completed the first Microsoft Copilot Basic Training courses last week. This is an important step in the widespread adoption of AI within the organization.
Copilot as a practical start
The training sessions focused on the immediate application of Microsoft Copilot in Office 365. Employees learned how to use Copilot to write documents faster, analyze data, and enhance collaboration. This makes AI tangible in daily operations.
Next step: Advanced Training
In September, Microsoft Copilot Advanced Training courses will follow, in which employees will learn to work with more complex prompts and workflow integrations, based on practical cases from J. de Jonge himself. This will make Copilot a structural part of their business operations.
Strategic partnership
The training courses are part of a broader transformation process in which Refreshworks and J. de Jonge are collaborating on the use of AI in core processes. By investing in both technology and human development, J. de Jonge is strengthening its position as an innovative player in the energy sector.
