You may have already noticed them: the two blue flags in the Fluwelen Burgwal. Last month, we officially opened our second location there, directly across from our HQ. Formally intended for additional workspaces and team growth, but that's not the only reason this place is so important.
Our second location is now open and marks the beginning of a new phase for Refreshworks.
In this new building, we are constructing something that will play a central role in our next phase as an organization. A phase in which governance, risk management, and the increasing impact of the AI Act are no longer something for "later," but an essential part of our customers' daily work.
Organizations that want to deploy AI on a large scale will face new responsibilities. These include:

Why this is so important right now
The AI Act is just around the corner. Its impact will not only affect technology, but also legal functions, operations, risk teams, and executives. Our clients want to be prepared, and over the coming months, we will be building everything they need to help them do so from this new location.
