AI is changing the way we work and do business. That's why we at Founders Carbon Network organized an AI Masterclass, in which participants from various companies had the opportunity to not only learn about AI, but also apply it directly. It was an interactive and inspiring session in which we explored the possibilities, challenges, and practical applications of AI together.
An interactive and inspiring masterclass
We started the masterclass with an introduction to AI: what exactly is it, what possibilities does it offer, and where are the ethical boundaries? This led to fascinating discussions about the social impact of AI, such as its influence on privacy, employment, and decision-making within organizations. We then got to work with a series of AI tools that can be used immediately in everyday practice. Participants worked hands-on with ChatGPT for text creation and process optimization, CrystalKnows for personality and team analyses, and Claude for AI support in software development. By experimenting with these tools themselves, participants discovered how AI can contribute to efficiency, creativity, and innovation within their organization.
Finally, we delved into the practical implications of AI for various sectors and functions. What does this technology mean for your work? Where are the opportunities and challenges? Participants analyzed how AI can improve their own processes and discussed strategies for integrating AI into their organizations in a responsible manner. This yielded valuable insights and inspired many to apply AI in their daily work.
The AI Masterclass at fCN was a great success. Participants went home with new knowledge, practical skills, and concrete ideas for making the most of AI.
