What are you going to do?
Als Medior Business Developer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren, ontwikkelen en sluiten van commerciële kansen binnen het grotere MKB en corporate segment. Je kent de taal van de boardroom, begrijpt waar organisaties wakker van liggen en weet hoe AI daarin verschil kan maken. Samen met onze consultants en marketeers werk je aan strategische accountplannen en begeleid je prospects richting een duurzame samenwerking. Wat je gaat doen:
- Actief bouwen aan een sterk netwerk van decision makers (C-level, directie, inkoop).
- Nieuwe klanten identificeren, benaderen en begeleiden door de commerciële funnel.
- In kaart brengen van klantbehoeften en onze AI-oplossingen daarop afstemmen.
- Offertes opstellen, voorstellen presenteren en contracten sluiten.
- Samenwerken met het delivery team om de verwachtingen van de klant te vertalen naar concrete oplossingen.
- Marktontwikkelingen signaleren en omzetten in commerciële kansen.
- Opvolgen van warme leads en bijdragen aan de verdere positionering van Refreshworks.
What are you bringing?
Je bent commercieel scherp, hebt affiniteit met technologie en voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving. Je weet hoe je beslissers overtuigt en kunt inhoud en relatie op het juiste moment combineren.
- 2-3 jaar ervaring in B2B sales, bij voorkeur binnen consultancy, IT of technologie.
- Sterke gesprekspartner voor C-level stakeholders.
- Bekend met AI, digitale transformatie of bereid dit snel eigen te maken.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands (Engels is een pré).
- Proactief, resultaatgericht en zelfstandig.
- Vaardigheid in het gebruik van CRM-tools zoals HubSpot of vergelijkbare systemen.
