What are you going to do?
Als Recruiter bij Refreshworks ben jij de spil in het aantrekken en selecteren van de beste AI-specialisten en consultants. Jij begrijpt waar AI-talent zich bevindt, hoe je hen effectief benadert en hoe je ze enthousiast maakt voor een rol binnen Refreshworks of bij onze klanten.
- Proactief sourcen van AI-consultants en technische specialisten via diverse kanalen
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van een sterk netwerk binnen de AI- en tech-community
- Voeren van strategische en overtuigende gesprekken met kandidaten en opdrachtgevers
- Selecteren en matchen van talent op basis van skills, ervaring en bedrijfscultuur
- Onderhouden van klantcontact en adviseren over interim-oplossingen
- Beheer van het recruitmentproces via een Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Zorgen voor een optimale candidate experience en employer branding
What are you bringing?
We zoeken een ondernemende en resultaatgerichte recruiter met een passie voor AI en technologie. Jij bent gedreven om de juiste mensen op de juiste plek te krijgen en hebt een scherp oog voor talent.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in recruitment, bij voorkeur binnen tech, consultancy of AI.
- Sterke affiniteit met AI en een goed begrip van AI-concepten en -technologie.
- Zelfstartend en proactief in het bouwen van een AI-talentpool.
- Ervaring met sourcingstrategiën en het inzetten van data-gedreven wervingstechnieken.
- Commercieel en klantgericht met uitstekende communicatie- en relatiebeheer skills.
- Ervaring met ATS-systemen en gestructureerde wervingsprocessen.
- Vloeiend in Nederlands & Engels, zowel in woord als schrift.
