Are you a creative designer with a keen eye for user experience and brand identity? At Refreshworks, you will design high-end websites that not only look great but also contribute to concrete business impact. From wireframes to pixel-perfect UI: you determine the digital experience—for our own platforms and those of our customers. In addition, you will also use your design skills for other creative expressions, such as branding, advertisements, brochures, logos, and visual campaigns.
What are you going to do?
- Designing creative expressions using design software such as Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Devising concepts and developing them into appealing designs.
- Developing visually appealing websites with an eye for user experience and brand identity.
- Support in developing branding, logos, and other visual communications.
- Presenting designs to managers and clients, and effectively communicating the creative vision.
- Report to the operations manager on the progress of projects and any challenges.
What are you bringing?
- A strong portfolio with a focus on web design, UX/UI, and digital branding.
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first, and front-end fundamentals (knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus).
- You are proactive, organized, and enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams.
- Creative thinking skills and the ability to come up with original concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and handling tight deadlines.
- Innovative and eager to learn, always working with the latest tools and interested in Midjourney or other creative AI tools.
